General Assembly
Each member in the ECATS Association has one representative in the General Assembly. General Assembly resolves on general policy and long-term strategy of the Association and decides on an annual Activity Plan (as referred to in Article 17 of the Statutes), including concrete activities, by which the Association pursues its objectives. Meetings of the General Assembly should take place at least twice a year. General Assembly accepts an annual plan, annual budget for the association and decides on establishment of Committees. Decision taken cover election of Executive Board Members, admittance of new full members and termination of full membership General Assembly also resolves on annual membership fee and employment contract.
General Assembly of ECATS International Association: Voting rights and resolutions of General Assembly are described in detail in Statutes Art. 14 and 15. Assembly meetings take place twice a year, with the next meeting scheduled this spring.
