Each member in the ECATS Association has one representative in the General Assembly. General Assembly resolves on general policy and long-term strategy of the Association and decides on an annual Activity Plan (as referred to in Article 17 of the Statutes ^[1]), including concrete activities, by which the Association pursues its objectives. Meetings of the General Assembly should take place at least twice a year. General Assembly accepts an annual plan, annual budget for the association and decides on establishment of Committees. Decision taken cover election of Executive Board  ^[2] Members, admittance of new full members and termination of full membership General Assembly also resolves on annual membership fee and employment contract.

General Assembly of ECATS International Association: Voting rights and resolutions of General Assembly are described in detail in Statutes Art. 14 and 15. Assembly meetings take place twice a year, with the next meeting scheduled this spring.
